In honouring and commemorating the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and two-spirit individuals, this project raises awareness of the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Calls for Justice, and the Indigenous women, girls and 2SLGBTQ+ who have been lost.
In addition to commemoration, Indigenous women and 2SLGBTQ+ safety is embedded in the initiatives that adapt to the ever-changing needs. We work to provide safe spaces for those who have been affected by this reality by ensuring their voice and messages are heard.
